I ' LONDON, 4th Februaiw. \ One hundred and fifty-five Radical members of the House Of Commons have memorialised Mr. Lloyd George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, expressing the hope that he will take advantage of the prevailing prosperity to reduce the present taxes on food, particularly on sugar. The ground of the request is that these taxes fall on the poorest, and their removal will make Freetrade secure.
