The Innamincka's passenger* hava been brought to Cairns by ihe tug Cccil 1 Rhodes. Tho cyclone raged for thirty^ix hourii, and the Innamincka wbb compelled to anchor under Cape Grafton. The cables parted, nnd she waft driven north-east, and finally struck a anud bank at the mouth of the Mowbraw River, four'miles, aouth of Port Douglas. It is expected she will be refloated. The steamer Palmer, which twae dara« aged' in the cyclone, has been towed to 1 , Cairns.
Bowen reports that Cairns- and limit,fail are still isolated.
