Lever Bros, are launching out in. new, directions in regard* to raw materials, and Brunnor, Mond, and Co. are invading the manufacturing line, through their interest in CrosfieW and Sons, which they purchased in 1811. tßrunner, Mond, and Co., Ltd., are .proprietors of mines and manufcujtoriaj for the purpose of converting salt, etc., into alkali by ammonia processes. Crocfield and Sons, Ltd., are uoap and chemical _ manufacturers, with factories at Warrington and Liverpool coveritu? about thirty acres, and employing 1800 hands. Lever Bros, own, immense vw»k« at Port Sunlight. With the exception of a tew preference shares, thw company holds the entire capital of Vinolia, Ltd.)
