Senate has approved by a one-vote-majority a Constitutional amendment restricting the President's term of office to> a single term of six years. If the House of Representatiyeß approve the amendment the States will be asked to vote on the question, arid if three-fourths of the States agree the amendment will be included in tho Constitution.
