THE WEATHER.

Rain has fallen all over the Dominion, and Wellington has received ite share. Reports from the immediate country etate that the drought has broken, and prospects for winter feed are good. During the past 48 hours a cyclonic area •combining with- a westerly low pressure has passed over the Dominion, the low barometric pressure of 29.20 being recorded at the Bluff on Saturday night. The wind has decreased since Sunday. Rainy and cloudy weather may still be expected.
