THE KNYVETT CASE.

A court-martial will be held at Wellington on 9th May for the retrial of the Knyvett case. The enquiry will be purely concerned with the question whether a letter written by Captain Knyvett was couched in such terms as to be "an offence to the prejudice of good order and military discipline."
