' A PPLICATION having been made to me to register certain dealings affecting Town Section 82 and Suburban Section 108, Township of Newman, baing the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 49, folio 263, Wellington Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said certificate of title, and register the dealings as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 27th day of April 1911.
