HARBOUR BOARD.

Messrs. Cecil W. Jones and Robert Chas. Renner, being the only persons nominated to represent the payers of harbour dues on' ships, were declared .duly elected. The following have been nominated 'to represent the payers of harbour dues (other than those, on ships) : — Joseph George Harkness (J." G. W. Aitken, W. Cable). Arthur Daniel Kennedy (J. Keir, J. -E.
