BRIGANDS' CRIME.
AGED NOBLEWOMAN AND HER MAID KILLED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CopyrigUt. (Received" April 19, 8.5 a.m.) ROME, 18th April. Brigands attacked a secluded villa at Tempio, Sardinia, and killed an aged noblewoman when she refused to reveal the hiding-place of her wealth. They afterwards tortured and killed her maid, and then sacked the villa.
