The doctor is willing to sell for £8000. Dr. Mawson Has suggested that the Government or some philanthropist might seize the opportunity of presenting the vessel to Australia, especially as she is perfectly designed for a scientific Polar exploration. The Prince of Monaco will present Dr. Mawson's . expedition with deep-sea dredging apparatus, and Lord Denman (Governor-General-elect of Australia-) has promised a subscription.
