BALLOON ACCIDENT.
FOUR PERSONS BADLY INJURED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.BERLIN, 17th April. The Dresden balloon competition took place in the presence of several thousands of spectators. A balloon broke loose, and failed to clear the neighbouring gasworks, pitching four aeronauts to the ground. They were terribly injured, and the races were -stopped.
