PLUMBERS' CONFERENCE.
The Plumbers' Conference has decided to make an effort to form unions in districts where there "are no unions at present. The Plumbers' Registration Bill, introduced to Parliament last session, was fully considered, and a number of alterations are to be suggested. A draft Dominion award wae also considered, and will be more fully discussed to-day.
