MILITARY CORDON RUSHED.
POLIUE USE SABRES. SEVERAL "CASUALTIES. (Received April 13, 1.30 p.m.) PARIS, 12th April. Tha rioters rushed a military cordon at Ay, and pillaged and burned two cellars. Dragoons are charging the rioters at Epernay with drawn sabres. Several casualties have occurred. BILL REINTRODUCED IN U.S. CONGRESS. , (Received April 13, 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 12th April. The Reciprocity Bill has been reintroduced in Congress. It is uncertain what the Senate will do with regard to it.
