WOMEN OBSTRUCT SOLDIERS.
ORDER RESTORED. (Received April 13, 9.10 a.m.) PARIS, 12th April. Women at Damery threw themselves in front of the Dragoons' horses and prevented the soldiers reaching the barricades. Order has been restored. Additional troops have been despatched to the scene.
