NEW ZEALAND WELL REPRESENTED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. SYDNEY, lltli April. The Royal Agricultural Society's show oponed to-day in fine weather, and with a big attendance. The official openingwill take place to-morrow. In nearly every department the en■tries show laa'ge increases over those of last yeao. 1 . The products section is particularly fine, as the> result of an exceptionally good season. The exhibits include a remarkable collection from Messrs. Prevost Brothers of 1020 distinct varieties of produce grown on a single farm in the Mossvale district. Ilia championship in the class foablood stallions was awaxded to Mr. Hosskisson's Sh- Aymer, with Mt. Crick 'o Collar it as second and reserve champion. Collarit a-lso won a special prize. The champion mare was Mr. Seaton'e Blue Flyer. Other awards in the horse classes were a« follow : — Trotters : Champion stallion, Mr. Playfair's Ribbonwood. Coachers.: Champion stallion, Mr. Charley'e Brigadier. Roadster hackney: Champion stallion, Mr. Hordern's Ga-r-tonius. New Zealand A-as well represented in the Clydesdale section. In the class for mares, four years and over, Mr. John Boag's Gipsy Queen took second prize; in mares three years a-nd under four, Mr. M'CaaTon's Union Queen was aecond, and Mr. John Grant's Kelso Mag third. Mr. Grant's Flower was third in the class for fillies, and Mr. Boag's Greta of Westbourne was given second place oo an active farm mare. In tho Clydesdale stallions (hea.vy), three years, Mr. John Boag's Royal Conqueror was awarded second prize, and the same owner's Fa,vourits third prize. In sheep, Mr. John Nixon, of Killinchy (Canterbury), swept the board for English Leieesters, taking flints and champions for two-year rams and ewes ; first for rams under two years ; first and second for ewes under two years. Mr. J. B. Read, of Elderslie (Oamaru), was awarded first prize for two-year Border Leicester ra-ms, and Mr. Nixon second ; for rams under two years, Mr. Reid was first and Mr. Nixon third; for ewes, two years, Mr. Nixon was second ; and for ewes under two years, Mr. Reid first and champion, and Mr. Nixon second and reserve, and Mr. Reid third. In Romney Marsh, rams, Mr. Reid secured third prize, and for ewes under two years a first prize.
