FIGHT WITH A BURGLAR.
THE MISCREANT KILLED. <By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copjrifbt, (R-eceived April 11, 9 aan.) BERLIN, 10th ApriL Kowoll, the burglar who at a colliery at Laurahutte, Silesia, killed four persons, including a sergeant of police, and"! then escaped, took refuge, with, an accomplice, in his uncle's house. The police surrounded the house, and 1 , exchanged pistol shots with the desperado. Several of the police were ■wounded, and Kowoll was shot dead, receiving ten bullet wounds. His accomplice was captured. \ KOWOLL' S ACCOMPLICE- SUCCUMBS. (Received April 11, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, 10th April. Kowoll's accomplice has succumbed to his wounds.
