THE NEW MINISTRY.
The Queen, in exercise of her prerogative, has been pleased to signify to. Earl Russell her wish that he should carry on the Government as first Lord of the Treasury. In proceeding to execute the Queen's commands, Earl Russell has received cordial assurances of support and confidence from all his colleagues. It is anticipated that the country will have the advantage of the ability and experience of Lord Clarendon as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
