Saturday. (Before C. D. R. Ward, Esq , R.M.. and J. T. Edwards, Esq.) John O'Donoghue was charged with drunkenness, and fined 20s or 48 hours' imprisonment with hard labour. David Benge appeared to a summons, charged with a breach of the Constabulary Force Ordinance. The case was dismissed, the summons, having been served on the wrong party. Farce v. Tamai Whitia.— Plaintiff sought to recover a green stone mere, in possession of defendant, who refused to give it up. Adjourned to 14th December. This Dat. (Before C. D. B. Ward, Esq., R.M.) A man, named Stevens, charged with larceny, was remnnded till to-morrow. James Drome, for drunkenness, was fined ten shillings. Eliza Gale and Maryanne M'Gregor were committed for two months for drunkenness and disorderly conduct. John Nichols, for drunkenness, was fined one pound. James v Skeet, debt £14 13s— judgment by consent for amount and costs. Austin t Silk, debt £10— judgment by consent for amount and costs. Pharazyn r M'Callum, debt £9 5s 9d— summons not; returned; Rickard v Silk, debt £3 8s lOd— judgment for amount and costs. Sewell v M'Manaway, debt £10 18s 6d— Amount and costs paid into court. Tame v Ormsby, debt £21 2s 6d— Summons not served. Moulding v Thompson, debt £i 12i 6d— ¦ettled out of Court. Same v. Hawke, debt £13 12s 6d—adjourned to 15th inst. Same v Corcoran, debt £3 10s 3d— settled oat of court .
