(Before C. D. R. Ward, Esq., R.M.) A man, named Burns, was charged with assault and attempt at larceny, and sent to 1 prison for six months. George Hurley, charged with being of unsound mind, *ras remanded for medical examination. John Evans, for furious riding, was fined [ one shilling. Cook v Simpson, damages, £10— judgment for 20s and costs. Fitchett v Cobham, debt £2 19s— judgment by consent for amount and costs. Same v Plimmer, debt £1 4s— Settled out of Court. Same v Garricks, debt 9s— Amount and costs paid into Court. Stuart v Bradley, debt £25 4s 7d—Judgment for amount and costs. ' London v Ramsey, debt £1 16s 7d—Judgment by consent tor amount and costs.
