George Warrall arrested for stealing boots from the shop of Mr. Blaker, was remanded till Saturday next. Watson t. Schon, debt £4 15s 4d ; and same v, Austin, £28 Is 2d — adjourned for 14 days. Clark v. Greer, £1— settled out of court. Same v. Furness, £8 14s 3d— settled out of court. Same r Hughey, £1 19s— amount and costs paid into court. James v. Wyatt, £6 4s— adjourned to 2nd December. Gaskin v. Dixon, £18 12s— judgment by consent for amount and cost's. M'Dougall v. Mitchell, £23— judgment for amount and costs.
