CAPTAIN LEVY.
Captain Levy was on board the Brisk as a prisoner, but soon after her arrival this morning be wrote a letter to Captain ETope, demanding a reason why he should not be liberated. Captain Hope laid the letter before his Excellency the Governor, and soon after an order was sent on board for hie liberation. Captain Lew state" that he has bnen unjustly treated by Captain Hope, and expresses his inteiilion of demanding au inquiry into the whole affur.
