TO TUB EDITOR. Sib—The Police lately proßycnted two Clyue residents for allowing be 'Hta to wander, but without eff ct, the'nuisance of cows at large being worse' than ever. It must be wholesome milk gotten from cows eating so much straw, etc., from stables after use. Might I suggest.that lbo certain source of revenue to Übvernment from alternating to a e»e this nuisance should not be fitfully pursued.—i am, etc., F. J. Wilson.
