APPLICATION is hereby made under the provisions of section 33 of the Mines Act, 1877, for a SPECIAL CLAIM, one mile in length of the bed of the River Molyneux in the Dunstan Fiat, adjoining the upper northerly pegs of the Special Claim at present applied for by John Hutton McQueen, and extending thence upwards, as the same is marked by pegs and trenches by me. This application is made for the purpose of carrying on mining operations by means of the Eureka Dredge, which has involved an expenditure of L 2500.
