Acceptances must be lodged with the Secretary before 9 p.m. on the 25th September. HACK SELLING RACE 10 sovs. Distance, 1 mile. No weight under 9-t, the winner to be sold for LlO, and the surplus (if any) to go to the Race Funds. Post entry, 10s. HANDICAP TROTTING RACE 15 sovs. Nominations 15a. Acceptances 10a. Distance, twice round the course (3 miles). No weight under 10st. Nominations will he received np to S p.m. on the 25th September, Hand: caps will be declared the same evening at 10 p.m., and acceptances must be lodgedwith the Secretary before 10 a.m. On the 26th September, HOSPITAL RACE For a prize to be handed over to the Dhnstan District Hospital; the rider of the winning horse to he presented with a whip. Distance, | mile,. Post entry. Entrance 2s 6d. CLYDE SPRING HANDICAP 20 sovs. Nomination 15s. Acceptances 10s. Distance,, 1 mile. Nominations will he received up to 9 p.m. on the 18th September. ' Weights will be declared on the comae after the running ■ of the Dnnstan E. C. Handicap, and acceptances will be received hy the Secretary immediately afterwards.

RULES. No entry will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition ; That all disputes, claims, and objections, ai ising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whoni they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. For all races (except the handicaps) three horses to start or no race. Any person entering a protest must deposit L2, ami should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys paid in accordance with the programme for expences. Nominations, acceptances, and entries will not be received after the time stated under any pretext whatever, or without being accompanied with the necessary tamnunt of cash. .
