Tiits triv.ialiooident has made the fortune of the ciyil employ A, who, on fbd death ot the passenger he obliged, which occurred some weeks back, learned that the latter had bequeathed to him the whole of his fortune, amounting to 4DC,OOOt. In return for this generbns legacy he was enjoined to render a last aervee 'to the remains of his teceased benefactor—namely, to see that his body was .cremate 1, to, accompany the remains to Milan for that purpose, to bring back the ashes with him, and scatter them oyer the 'gravel walks of the gentleman’s garden. These last wishes having been scrupulously carried but, the railway servant enters into possession, of his fortune, the eccentric testator having, it appears, no disinherited .relatives to dispute the validity of the will. '
