VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL.
The following is the order paper for the next meeting of the Council, to be held on Wednesday, the 28th inst. : Statutory Business Election of Chairman.. Ordinary Business - General and 1. Cr Macginnis to move—“ That .£SO sterling be voted for forming a road from Teviot Main Road to the newly-discovered reefs, at head of Obelisk Creek, Old Man Range."
2. Cr McCarthy to move—“ That the Punt rtccntly purchased, and now lying at Alexandra South, be placed at the Luggate Ferry.”
3 Cr M cCarthy to move —“ That the Engineer he authorised to effect works to the extent of 150 on the Makarora Track.” 4. Cr Fraser to move—“ That the Council take into consideration t.he petition of the inhabitants of Clyde and the surrounding district in regard to a Water Supply for domestic purposes and irrigation.”
