MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 1883, At 2 p.m. p EORGK FAOHE, VX instructed by the Mortgagee will sell by public auction on the above date and hour, All those valuable Water Rights and Privileges, known as Thomas Sims’s, and at present being worked by him at Mutton Town Point, between Clvde and Alexandra as follows: 1 head each from Welcome Creek, Rappoo Creek, and Blacks Springs, included in certificate (last renewal), No. 11722, dated 16th August, 1883. 3 heads from Waikerikeri Valley Tail Race, Certificate (last renewal) No. 5498, dated 14 March, 1883. 2 dams. Certificates Nos. 171 and 172, respectively, and dated the 11th of October, 1871. These rights for sluicing on the banks of the Molynenxare simply invaluable, the supply being regular, whilst for irrigation.the Welcome and Rappoo Creeks are splendidly adapted, as they command all the high terraces between the foot of the Dunstan Range and Alexandra. The Sale will ne unreserved, and the terms Cash on the fall of the ham mer.
