Weights for the Racing Club Handicap to be declared on the evening of Thursday the 4th. Acceptances to be delivered to the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on Friday the sth. Nonri nations for Maiden Plate and Trotting Race to be sent in not later than 8 p.m. on the night of general entry. Handicap for the Trotting Race to bo declared on the ev ning of Thursday the 4t.i. Acceptances for same to Vie delivered to the Secretary not later than 9 a.m. on Friday the sth. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. No entries to he received for anv of the above races except on this condition—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shill be decided by the Stewards appointed to carry out the above progr ammo . Their decision upon all points connected therewith shall be final. Any Jockey ri ling except in the colours entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will bo deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. ThoDnnstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. Horses walking over will receive only 50 per cent, of the stakes. Any person entering a protest must deposit therewith £2, and should the same be deemed frivo’ous by the Stewards the amount will bo forfeited.
