New Advertisemeau Notice of intention to construct waterrace. To the Mining Registrar at. Clyde of the Otago Gold Fields Mining District, and all other persona - whom it may concern, Take Notice that it is intended to construct a water race and divert water under the provisions of section 31 of the Mines Act, 1877, commencing at a point in the Wai-Puna Creek, and terminating at the Dunstau District Hospital. The length of such race is four miles or thereabouts, and its intended course North-is East and South-West. The race is-already constructed. The mean depth of such race is one font, and the mean breadth is one foot six inches, and it is proposed to divert one Government-head of water. Dated at Clyde this twenty-seventh day of July, 1882.
