Business for consideration at a special meeting, convened upon the re quisition of Councillors Jolly, McKelJar and Colclongh ; “ Beading and confirmation of minutes of previous meetings. “ Beading considering and ordering on inward and outward correspondence in the hands of the Clerk. “ Beading and considering memorials and petitions. “ Beception and c nsideration of reports of Officers, and Committees of the Council.

“ Passing accounts. “Dealing with motions already on previous Order Papers. “ Begulating the fees for dog licenses.
“ Consideration of questions proposed by the Government upon the Counties Act. “ Dealing with tenders.”
