DUNSTAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

The adjourned ordinary monthly mceeting of the Committee of Management was held in the committee loom, Town Hall, on Monday, the 13th inst.. at S p.m. Present Messrs J. E. Stevens, VicePresident, in the chair; Attfield, Beck, Clark, Holt, Dickie, Sims, and 6. Pache, Secretary. The minutes of previous meeting were Toad and confirmed.

Correspondence was read. Visiting Committee recommended that "the whole of the fences round and subdivi-

ding the paddocks at the institution lie put in thorough repair, and that in future no cattle or horses he allowed in the upper paddocks. The report was adopted and the Committee were empowered to expend the sum of £l2 on the work. Resolved—That tenders he invited for painting the outside of the Hospital buildings, also the passages and doors. Resolved—That Mr Macgeorge he asked to prepare specifications.

Visiting Committee’s report No. 2, recommending payment of accounts for salaries and supplies for the past month amounting to £sl 8s 5d was road and approved.

The Treasurers report as follows was read and received. Resolved -That the Committee consult with Mr Wilson, solicitor, on the whole question. Mr G- Clark was elected member of the Visiting Committee rice Mr Cambridge, retiring. The mooting then adjourned.
