Spima L M KKTISO, A special meeting of the above Council ■was convened for ‘2 p.ni., on Wednesday •host, upon the requsition of Crs Jolly, M'i’mil, ami MeKellar, for the purpose of opening tenders, passing accounts, dealing with the Engineer's reports, ami business on the Order Paper of the 25th January The Council doors were not opened until 2 10, when Cr McGinnis was found sitting in the unair, Cr Colclongh also on the dais behind him.
