A few of the extreme Tory members forced a division, which resulted in the Bill being read a third time, and passed by 22* to 14, amidst much enthusiasm. In consequence of Ayoub Khan’s successes over the Ameer’s troops Candahar, orders have been issued by the Indian Government for the concentration of a British force at Quettah. Several regiments have already left for that place. PARIS, July 28.
