It has been arranged that tho Royal Princes remain at Adelaide until tho 20 th instant, and then proceed overland to Mel« bourne. A warm discussion took placo at the menting of the City Council over tho To Aro, Wellington reclamation, and one set o£ Councillors challenged tho others to resign, and test the question at issue by a general election.
