RABBITS-BARLEY V. WHEAT.

TO THE EDITOR SIR,—A few days since I passed over a portion of land in ihi- district on which poisoned wheat had been laid for (W.r-.ying rabbits, and 1 saw a Jot of the wheat untouched, and also a lot of live rabbits. It struck me that bunny is fonder of barley than wheat as a diet. I conclude this from tho fact that, last year, I had wheat and barley growing side by side, and bumiv cat tbe barley' off close to the ground and left the wheat untouched. I give this information for wha,t it is worth.—l am, e'e . A FARMER. Blacks, April 17.
