Stevens (in the chair), Holt, Attfield, Cambridge, and George Fache (Secretary). The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The correspondence was read and received. Resolved—That the Secretary write to the local agent or the " I'emperance Herald,'' tit it the " Herald " never having been ordered, the Committee do not hold themselves responsible for the account rcnderod. Itesnlved—That the Secretary write to the Vincent County Council, and a9k for the remission of rates on hospital buildings. The final settlement of the Hospital reereolion contract was referred to the Visiting Committee for settlement. The Visi'ing Committee's No. 2 report, rocomme n ding payment of accounts for salaries an I supplier anioiintint; to LSO Os Id, was read and received. Resolved.—That the thanks of the Committee h* conveyed lo the St. Dunstan Lolae, 1 0.0. T., for their very handsome contribution, the result of the late concert; also to Mr J. U»x, for his kindness in giving the use of his piano on the occasion ; and to the Alexandra brass band for their valuable aid.
