The outward correspondence, being a reply to the first letter from tho Governmerit, giving a full explanation ofquarterly repoits, was read and adopted. .Resolved —That the Secretary write in reply to the second letter from the Government to the (fT-'ct that the Committee onreadingover the “Friendly Societies’Act 1 ' were of the opinion that the proposed course Was legitimate.
