No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no race. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition—That till disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall he decided by the Stewards or whomsoever they may appoint. And their doci-ion on all points connected with the carrying out of this propramnic shall be lined. Jockey costume will be enforced. The Dunedin Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea, and should such be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited.
