No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinei to the Race Fund, except Ladies’ Race No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition—That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whomsoever they may appoint; and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final.
