IN Pursuance of the 14th Section of the “ Licensing Act 1873, Amendment Act, 1874,” I, hereby give notice that the QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING For the District of Town of Clyde, and Districts of Clyde and Blacks, will be he’d on TUESDAY, the 7th Jay of DECEMBER, 1880, in the Court House, Clyde, at the hour of NOON; {Note —Applications for Blacks must be lodged at Clyde.] For the District of Town of Alexandra, and Distinct of Alexandra, will he held on TUE'-!-I) iV, the 7th day of DECEMBER, 1860, in the Court House, Alexandra,at the hour of NOON ; For the purpose of taking into consideraVon all Applications for Certificates for such Licenses as are authorised to be granted at the said meeting of the Licensing Court, and the Transfer, or Renewal, or Removal of Licenses, of which due notice shall have been given to me, for the aforesaid Districts in which the premises in respect of which such A pplicatiou is made are situated respectively. NOTICE. The electoral roll for the Oimstan District, for the year 1880-1881, is kept at my Office, Court House, Clyde, and at the Court houses, Cromwell, Alexandra, and Ophir, for PUBIJC INSPECTION. To the Mining Registrar at Clyde, of the Dunstan Mining District, and all other persons whom it may concern, TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a water race and divert water for irrigation purposes commencing at a point in the Wai Keri Keri Creek, about 30 chains above the Blacks Road, and terminating in section 77, block 1., Leaning Ruck District. The length of such race is about one mile, with a mean breadth of two feet, by a depth of one font, and it is proposed to carry one head of water. WILLIAM WILLIAMS.
