Sir Benjamin’s dam was imported from Scotland by Kiohd. Broilie, Esq.; Young Ben Lomond’s clam, Blossom, was fiy Messrs MTntosb’a imported horse Prince Charlie; Blossom’s dam by Mr R. Hrodie’s imported mare Nell. This shows that Young Ben Lomond is bred from imported stock—both sire and dam’s side. His stuck have taken first prizes at the Bhieskin Annual Show in 1873. IS/4, and 18(5. against all comers. A one-year-old lilly by him look lirst prize at Palmerston, in 1876. Ho is a splendid woiker and a sure foal-getter. Terms— £3 15s, to include grooraage. Guarantees by agreement. One mare out of five allowed gratis, being the property of one owner. All mares sold or exchanged will be held as in foal.
