Oo'vl til deeeased, sections 9 and 10, hi .ck V. Lower Hawea ;.1 C. Chippie, section .'ft, oloek I, Tirer llill ; John M. IX Hen lerson, .sec'ions 12, 15. 10. 10, 6, 7, 8,9, hik. 111, Mount lienuer. ITeimy Bloxham asked to he allowed to purchase a portion of Miners’ Reserve, section 10, block XLV, Bender ; and Richard Keith made a similar application for section 11, same Block—Granted, subject to it heinir found that there is sullVeient haul to allow of usual reserve along river-hank Being made. The Chief Surveyor's attention to Bo drawn to this.
