BRITISH AND FOIIELGN. (From Exchanges.) London. September 2’oth. Intelligence has been received regarding tbs action of the combined European fleet now at Kagusa, which is to the effect that Vice-Admiral Paget Seymour, who commands the whole squadron, recently dispatched an ultimatum to Ali Kizi Pasha, the commander of ihe Turkish forces at Dulcigno, demanding the immediate cession of that town and district to Montenegro. No answer has yet been returned by lliza Pasha, neither have any steps been taken by him to execute the demands of the Powers nude through the British Admiral.
September 21st. Trickett and L.ycock are both well and continue in active training. The latter is sanguine of winning his race with Blackham. Ifanlan is now at Putney, where he has gone into training. The Land League agitation movement in Ireland is at the present time very active. Berlin’, September 21st. The Emperor of Germany is slightly indisposed. A crisis in France is causing a feeling of disquiet in Germany. Pekik, September 23rd. September 24th. Intelligence has been received that Sir Paget Seymour, the British Vice Admiral in command of the combined squadron, has gone to Cettiuge, where he is concerting with the Montenegrin authorities regarding the steps to be taken to obtain the cession of Uulciguo by the Albanians.
