London, August 31st. The match Australians v, Eighte u of Hastings was resumed to day. The Australians went in for their second innings and were all disposed of for ISB runs. September Ist. The Home team went first to the wickets, and when stumps were drawn for the day, had lost eight wickets for -111) runs. Mr W. (1. Grace scored 152. The attendance was very large. The Holding of the Australians was excellent, and the weather throughout the day was very line. A capital wicket was pitched, and the ground was in good order. Spoffortb was absent.
