CLYDE LIBGARY TRUST

A meeting of the members of the above Trust was held in the Library Hall on Monday last the 10th instant.

Present B. Naylor, Esq., (Chair) and Messrs F J. Wilson, J. E. Stevens, J. U. Cambridge, and O. Fache, (Secretary.) The minutes of previous meeting were read ami confirmed.

Inward correspondence, including letter from Mr J. Braithwaite, re supply of papers, &c., also, a second letter, asking for cheque in payment in advance. Also, letter from the Secretary of tho 1.0. G.T., Lodge Dunstan, were read and received. Resolved—That the letter from tho Secretary of the 1.0. G.T. Lodge he replied to, protesting against unnecessary strong language.

Resolved that the accounts of Messrs Braithwaite and Begg he settled. A tender was opened for erecting stage in the Town Hall from Mr John U. Cambridge, the amount being 1,21 10s. Resolved—That the tender of Mr Cambridge he accepted. The meeting then closed.
