TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a water race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point about half a mile below the gorge iu Blackman’s gully, below Katie’s claim, and terminating at the Earnscleugh river on Section 8, Loaning Rock district. The length of such race is about one mile. The course north and south, and it is to be constructed on the reserve along Blackman’s gully. The breadth will bo about two feet. The depth one foot.
