SPECIAL TELEGRAMS.
(FROM our own correspondent.) Naseby, May 27th
A fellow who alleges ho is travelling for a firm of cheap tailors in Dunedin, has been visiting this district, and has taken orders for clothes, receiving deposits. He has levanted without paying his way, and
is evidently a fraud, an assumption which his appearance and style confirms. It is very doubtful whether such a firm exists as that which he alleges he travels for. He is supposed to have gone either to Palmerston or Clyde,
