A hostile feeling is arising between Turkey and Montenegro, owing to the opposition of the Albanians to cede territory to Montenegro. Italy oilers mediation in the mat'.or. February 7th. In the course of the debate the Hon. D Plunkett, member for Dublin University, denounced the course pursued by Mr Parnell. The debate has been adjourned The Marquis of Salisbury has had a ralapse, and his condition is critical.
