VINCENT RABBIT DISTRICT.
The Trustees held their first meeting in the Committee-room of the Clyde Public Library, on the I7lh iost., at 8p m. The full Board, viz., Messrs W. Fraser, It. Stewart, Jas Cowan, IT. P Williuott, and John Butler, were present, of whom air Fraser was elected Chairman, and Mr Stewart was elected Treasurer. Resolved— That advertisements be inserted in the local papers inviting applications for the office of Collector and Inspector, salary to he at the rate of L2.j() per annum. Discussion ensued relative to the rate to he struck, after which the meeting was adjourned till the 17 b o F February, at Clyde.
