To the Mining Registrar at Clyde, of the Otago Fields district of Dunstan, and all other per sons whom it may cern. * ' " TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to consti net a water-race, and divert water for irrigation and domestic purposes, commencing at a point in Conrov’s gully, close to Mr Richard Dawson’s homestead, and terminating at Mr Weaver’s homestead, Chapman’s Gullv. The length of such race is about 2 miles, with a course of about North east, and South-west.
